A new trailer of the upcoming remake movie Friday the 13th has been shown during the 2008 Scream Awards. If you forgot why a hockey mask can be scary then you will remember right away!

This new Friday the 13th is a retelling of the original cult horror film: one can say that it is a reboot of Friday the 13th.
I hope it will be at least as great as the original one. So far, so good: this new Friday the 13th movie actually does even look somewhat better...

"retelling of the original"??? He wasnt even the killer in the original! We didnt meet Jason until #2! And, he didnt get the mask until #3! I hate movie "writers" these days. Gotta ruin everything we love because they have no imagination.
this movie looks terrible. I agree with the first anonymous person here in that HE'S NOT THE KILLER. HE DOESN'T HAVE A ROOM AT THE CAMP...and when you really look at it anyway, the original movie was pretty terrible too. If they could just make a slasher movie with a tighter plot and less boring than they could actually make a decent film. But I have little hope for this here remake.
